이디오테잎은 일렉트로닉과 락을 조합, 혁신적인 장르를 이끄는 밴드다. 디구루(Dguru)와 제제(Zeze)의 신디사이저가 만든 싸이키델릭한 전자음과 디알(DR)이 쏟아내는 강렬한 드러밍은 대중과 평단을 매료시켰다. 발매한 음반 모두 한국대중음악상 후보에 올랐으며, 2012년과 2018년 최우수 댄스&일렉트로닉 음반상을 수상하는 등 국내 유일무이한 위치를 유지해왔다.

Positioned somewhere between electronic, techno, rock. IDIOTAPE’s unique musical identity lies in its harmonious blend of influences the members got from their teenage years. Going beyond the local scene, the band has toured across continents by performing at world-renowned music festivals such as Glastonbury, Exit Festival, Sziget Festival, SXSW, Amsterdam Dance Event, Paleo Festival, Trans Musicales, Pohoda Festival, Reeperbahn and so on.
